David Darbani
Sarah experienced life in different corners of the GTA while growing up. From St. Catherines going east to Oakville then North York and landing in Whitby. It’s no wonder, over the past 10 years, you’ve seen her For Sale signs all over.

She is highly motivated and driven to bring the best care and attention to detail for her clients. She aims to create lasting relationships and provide a smooth and personalized experience whether you’re buying or selling a home. Her goal is to provide buyers and sellers with the correct knowledge needed to make their next real estate move.

When she is not working, she’s relaxing by a pool or on a beach with her husband and baby boy, Ares. Or stirring up an idea or two for an event, social media or a home DIY reno.
David is a workhorse. He started working at the young age of 15. His final corporate years were at LA Fitness where he worked as a Sales Manager working his way up to District VP of Sales. As you can tell David sets a goal, works towards it and achieves it.
He brings the same work ethic into real estate. Getting buyers and sellers what they need and exceeding their expectations. David believes in putting in the work now to set you up good for your future. From credit score consultations to finding you the right trades people. He doesn’t miss any detail.
You’ll catch David researching stocks and investing in the early morning, working deals during the day and spending time with his son in the evenings. In his free time David enjoys a good DIY project and loves camping with friends and family.
